Product leader, Berlin

Vihar Parikh

I lead teams that ship AI products at Miro, and I build with agents myself.

At Miro since 2021, where I led Talktrack, Catch-up and AI search, and now lead Widget Creator. I am a co-inventor on two pending US patent applications. Today I lead a PM and two product teams. Before Miro: ShipBob, ad tech at Omnicom, research at MIT, and my first product role at Devis in 2011.

From AI Assisted to AI Native: Rewiring how your teams innovate

ProductLab Berlin 2026, Deep Dive. 17 Sept 2026. With Joe McLean.

AI made every person on our team faster. It didn't make the team faster.

The talk is about what comes next: the new bottlenecks once everyone moves fast, and what aligned people, shared context and fast decisions look like in practice.

A few highlights

Miro, now

Widget Creator

Describe the tool you need in plain language and AI builds a live, interactive, multiplayer widget right on the Miro board.

Announced at Miro Canvas 26. Going to public beta now.

The call Pitch the beta on the jobs it already does well, like facilitation and decision making, and say plainly what is still being built, instead of promising everything the model can generate.

My role I lead it as PM, through beta and distribution: scope, release stages and how it reaches users.

Miro

Catch-up

AI summaries of what changed on a board since you were last there.

One of Miro's most adopted AI features.

The call Put it in the existing Activity panel, where people already looked for what changed, instead of a new surface. I led the discovery behind that.

My role PM for comment summaries and board Catch-up through internal launch, later accountable for the space level version through a PM on my team.

Miro

Talktrack

Recorded walkthroughs that play inside the board.

Rolled out to every Miro user.

The call Viewers follow the presenter inside the live board, not a screen capture, so they can still comment and edit while they watch. I backed that direction as the sprint's Decider.

My role 0 to 1 from my first week at Miro, through a design sprint run with Jake Knapp. I wrote the launch post.

Miro

AI search

Describe what you are looking for in plain language and get boards, spaces, templates and people back.

Available to every organization with Miro AI enabled, at no AI credit cost.

The call Ship it on Miro's existing AI release train instead of its own rollout, so legal, go to market and eng ops work was shared, not rebuilt. That was my call.

My role Led it to general availability on 16 Mar 2026.

Personal

My agent fleet

Six Claude Code agents I built for my own work and admin, four of them on a live schedule.

The call Build the alarm before the feature. 36 of the 60 failures I logged never reached the API: DNS, PATH and a sleeping laptop, not the model.

My role Solo. I wrote the agents, the shared runner and the failure log, and I read the output every day.

Also: interactive stickers, shipped with Miro's Innovation Workspace launch, and a German tutor I built in Claude Code.

How I lead

  1. Player coach.

I manage a PM, and on my other team I am still the PM myself.

  2. Make the call, and say what it beat.

Each highlight above names the call I made and what it beat.

  3. Build to learn.

I run my own agents every day, so my calls on AI products come from building them.
